When we take up yoga, difficulties arise for several reasons. All yoga is difficult and the integral yoga is especially so. Yet we have to face it in a yogic way. But as we walk with faith, sincerity and surrender the difficulties transform into opportunities by the touch of Divine Grace.
Optimism fades with age, and some remain unaware of others' suffering, as seen in those who never experience hardship.
