By remembering the Divine Mother, calling Her Name, the flame of aspiration grows.
By Satsang, the flame of aspiration is lit up and grows.
By offering works to the Divine and engaging in service of the Mother, the flame of aspiration is lit up and grows.
By praying to the Mother, the flame of aspiration grows.
By quietly meditating upon the Divine, the flame of aspiration grows.
By looking at the Mother and Sri Aurobindo’s photograph, by listening to Her voice and music, by spending time in places dedicated to the Mother, by being in the company of those who are sincerely walking the path, the flame of aspiration grows.
When the soul is ready, the flame of aspiration is lit up using any of these means or simply using outer circumstances to create an inner opening for the aspiration to come out.
