When we take up yoga, difficulties arise for several reasons. All yoga is difficult and the integral yoga is especially so. Yet we have to face it in a yogic way.

There is often a gap between the inner and the outer life. Sometimes we aspire and dwell in a beautiful consciousness inwardly but as we encounter outer life, we lose the inner state.
