Savitri inclined towards Satyavan as if towards a gracious god and bowed and touched his feet with worshipping hands. He seemed to have emerged out of some realm of greatness to fill his adorer with beauty. She gave herself and her life for him to tread and made her body the room for his joy, her heart beating for him a constant reminder of bliss.
He gathered all Savitri
